Do you offer in-person and online?
Yes both options are available, Zoom readings are available for clients anywhere in the world. At the time of booking you can select your preference.
Can I record the session?
For Zoom sessions, a complimentary recording is provided automatically. For in-person sessions, you are welcome to record using your own device or take notes. Please come prepared as in-person recordings cannot be provided.
Can you guarantee who will come through in a Mediumship reading?
No. Bella sets a clear intention to connect with the person you hope to hear from, but Spirit determines who steps forward and what is communicated. Her role is to deliver those messages with accuracy, clarity, and care.
I've never had a reading before is this right for me?
Absolutely. Many clients come for the first time not knowing what to expect, and leave feeling clarity and comfort. There are no wrong reasons to seek a reading.
Do you take third-party questions (e.g., “What is my ex thinking?”)
Bella focuses exclusively on your own energy, patterns, and path forward. Third-party questions such as what another person is thinking or feeling are not part of her practice.
What is the difference between a Mediumship Reading and a Psychic Reading?
A Mediumship Reading is focused on connecting with loved ones who have passed. A Psychic Reading is focused on your current life relationships, career, decisions, and personal direction and does not include Spirit communication. If your primary intention is to connect with someone in Spirit, a Mediumship Reading is the right choice.
Do you offer readings for anyone under 18?
All clients must be 18 years of age or older to book a private reading. If they are under 18 years they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
What should I do to prepare?
Arrive rested, on time, and in a quiet space where you won’t be interrupted. Have one or two areas of focus in mind and come ready to receive. For Mediumship sessions, you are welcome to bring a photo or personal item belonging to your loved one.
Are prices inclusive of all fees?
Yes. All prices are final and inclusive there are no additional processing fees added at checkout.
Is a reading a substitute for professional advice?
No. Readings are intended for spiritual guidance and personal insight only. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice.
Cancellation/No-Show Policy
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations and reschedule requests. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session amount.
No-Shows
Clients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full session amount.
Refunds
All sales are final. Bella does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Late Arrivals
A 10-minute grace period is extended for late arrivals. Beyond this, the appointment may be rescheduled at Bella’s discretion. Please arrive on time to make the most of your session.
