Some things happen because you worked for them.
And some things happen because you showed up honestly and the right person was paying attention.
This one was both.
In 2021 I was part of one of the first local families to appear on Season 2 of Family Feud Canada. During the radio interview that followed, I did something I hadn’t fully planned on doing.
I told the truth about who I was.
Morgan, the host of Mornings with Morgan on Windsor Country 95.9 & 92.7FM, asked about me and I told her on air, in front of her entire audience that I was a psychic medium.

She was fascinated. She wanted to know more.
We stayed in contact after that. A friendship developed. And then one day she called and asked if I wanted to become the psychic on her morning show.
I said yes before she finished the sentence.
We did an on-air introduction for her listeners and on Friday October 29th, 2021, I made my radio debut. 8 to 9am. Right before Halloween.

I remember thinking this is what coming out of the closet actually looks like.
I did three or four appearances on Morgan’s show over the following months. And then came the one I’ll never forget.
It was during a commercial break. We were sitting together off-air and I turned to her and told her what I was feeling.

I told her I thought it was my last time on the show with her. That I felt she was going to leave.
Morgan hadn’t told anyone she was struggling with that decision. Whether to stay in radio or step away and give more time to her family. She was carrying it quietly, turning it over privately, not ready to say it out loud.
And then I connected with her brother. He had passed. And he showed me an image I won’t forget Morgan at the bottom of the ocean, carrying a huge rock on her shoulder, trying not to drown.
His message was simple.
Let go.
She looked at me in complete shock.
Six months later she handed in her notice.
But before she left, she made sure I was taken care of.
She personally recommended me to Mornings with Jay and Tori on Mix 96.7. I became their morning show psychic. From there I went on to appear on CKBG 107.9 The Burg, COOL 95.1, CKRT Border City Radio, and others.
It all started with one honest conversation on air and a friendship that grew from it.
And on January 9th, 2026 the night of my first theatre show at the Chrysler Theater in Windsor I asked Morgan to introduce me.
She was the first person to give me a chance. It felt right that she was there when it came full circle.
You don’t always know which moment is the pivotal one while you’re in it.
I didn’t know that revealing myself on that Family Feud radio interview would lead to a friendship that would lead to a radio show that would lead to everything that came after. I just told the truth about who I was because it was the right moment to say it.
And that commercial break with Morgan I didn’t plan what I said. I felt something and I said it. Even though she hadn’t told anyone. Even though I had no way of knowing what she was privately working through.
That’s what this work actually is. Not performance. Not a script. Just showing up fully, saying what’s true, and trusting that the right people will receive it.
The gift doesn’t announce itself with fanfare.
It just keeps quietly doing what it does.
And sometimes, years later, you look back and realize it was working the whole time.
