1. Purpose of This Agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern all services, products, courses, events, workshops, and readings offered by Bella Silva Cacilhas Psychic Medium (referred to as “Bella,” “we,” “our,” or “the Provider”). By booking, purchasing, or attending any session, workshop, or event, the client (“you”) agrees to all policies listed below.

2. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Bella’s services will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

3. Time Zone

All appointments are scheduled in Eastern Standard Time (EST). Please confirm your local time zone before booking. Missed appointments due to time zone errors are treated as no-shows under Section 7.

4. Payment Terms

Full payment is due at the time of booking. Your session is not confirmed until payment is received. In limited cases where a booking is arranged by phone, full payment remains due prior to the session.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All bookings, sessions, and events are final sale once purchased. If you cancel, reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or fail to attend, no refund will be issued. Because payment is collected in full at booking, a late cancellation or no-show results in the forfeiture of your session, there is nothing further owed or charged.

If Bella needs to cancel, reschedule, or ends a session early due to a technical, health, or scheduling issue on her end, you will be offered a reschedule or a refund.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session you booked. Rescheduling is available once per booking with proper notice.

6. Late Arrival Policy

A 10 minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond 10 minutes are treated as a no-show under Section 7, and the session is forfeited with no refund or reschedule.

7. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice is treated as a completed appointment. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided.

8. Age Requirements

Private readings, healing sessions, workshops, and courses require clients to be 18 or older. Minors may attend only with a parent or guardian present. Events held at wineries or breweries are restricted to ages 19 and older.

By booking or using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, unless attending with a parent or guardian as permitted above.

9. How Bella Works (Mediumship, Psychic & Energy Services)

a. Bella translates, she does not force. Spirit communicates through sensations, symbols, emotions, memories, and Bella’s personal experiences. Spirit does not speak in full sentences, and Bella cannot make a specific person appear or answer in a specific way.

b. Validation is required. Bella will ask how information connects. This is not fishing for details, it is how Spirit deepens the message and how Bella ensures she is interpreting accurately.

c. Spirit chooses who appears. Bella cannot force specific loved ones to come forward or guarantee exact answers.

d. Ethical boundaries. Bella does not read on pregnancy, death, health outcomes, mental health diagnoses, legal outcomes, third-party spying, or outcomes meant to control others.

e. No fear-based content. Bella does not work with or entertain concepts such as demons, curses, or possession. Sessions are grounded, calming, and emotionally safe.

f. Emotional safety. Sessions can evoke strong emotions. Clients are responsible for their own emotional and mental well-being during and after the session.

10. Recording & Privacy

Private reading sessions are confidential.

In-Person Sessions Clients may record their session only with Bella’s prior permission. Bella also records in-person sessions for her own internal records, these recordings are never published, shared, or used publicly.

Virtual Sessions Clients receive a copy of their session recording if they would like one. Recordings are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed, technical issues can occasionally prevent a session from being recorded. Bella is not responsible for lost, incomplete, or corrupted files.

Live Events, Spirit Circles & Group Readings Bella records all live events, Spirit Circles, and group readings. By purchasing a ticket or registering to attend, you consent to being recorded and to Bella’s use of that recording for marketing and promotional purposes, including on social media and other platforms. See Section 12 for the group code of conduct governing recording by other participants.

Usage Restrictions Any recording provided to a client, whether from a private in-person or virtual session, is for personal use only and may not be posted online, shared publicly, sent to others, or used commercially. All session content remains Bella’s intellectual property.

11. Client Rights & Responsibilities

Client Rights

Every client has the right to:

1. A safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental session, treated with kindness and emotional care regardless of background, beliefs, or life experience.
2. Honest, ethical communication, Bella translates exactly what Spirit gives her, nothing added, nothing exaggerated.
3. Ask questions for clarification at any time.
4. Confidentiality, nothing from your session will be shared without your consent.
5. Emotional safety, free from fear-based language or messages delivered to create anxiety or panic.
6. Decline or redirect any topic that feels too sensitive.
7. A session free from pressure, you will never be pushed to believe anything or make decisions based on the reading.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

1. Arrive on time. Late arrivals are governed by Section 6.
2. Provide validation when asked, this is an essential part of mediumship, not fishing.
3. Maintain a respectful environment. Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour ends the session with no refund.
4. Understand the natural limits of mediumship, Spirit chooses what to share and not all expectations may be met.
5. Take responsibility for their own emotional and mental well-being after the session.
6. Use information received responsibly, guidance does not replace medical, legal, mental health, or financial advice.
7. Follow all recording restrictions under Section 10.

12. Group Circle Code of Conduct

To protect the emotional well-being of all participants in Spirit Circles and group events:

1. Respect for every participant. Judgment, criticism, or dismissive comments are not permitted.
2. Confidentiality is mandatory. Stories, messages, and experiences shared within the group stay within the group. Participants may not record, repost, or share other attendees’ experiences without permission. This does not affect Bella’s own recording of the event for marketing purposes under Section 10, which you consent to by attending.
3. No interrupting or over-talking. Allow Bella and fellow participants to speak without interruption.
4. Emotional awareness. Spirit work can bring up strong emotions. Tears and reactions are normal, but aggressive or disruptive behaviour results in removal from the session with no refund.
5. Respecting spiritual boundaries. Bella cannot force specific loved ones to come forward and does not guarantee that everyone receives a message.
6. No demanding, testing, or pressuring. Testing or repeatedly challenging Bella disrupts the group energy and is not permitted.
7. No alcohol or substance use before the circle, unless the event is at a licensed venue and consumed responsibly.
8. Kindness and compassion first.

Bella reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the circle, behaves disrespectfully, or violates confidentiality. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

13. Pet Mediumship Disclaimer

Pet mediumship is offered for emotional connection and healing. It does not replace veterinary care or professional animal advice.

14. Third-Party Reading Restrictions

Bella will not read to predict another person’s actions, interpret someone else’s feelings, spy on ex-partners, or influence or manipulate third parties. Bella does not perform readings on behalf of absent individuals.

15. Confidentiality Policy

Bella will not share client information, session content, or personal details without consent. Clients must also respect the privacy of others in group settings. Bella may use generalized, anonymized teaching examples only with client consent.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bella and her associates are not liable for emotional reactions, decisions made based on a session, perceived inaccuracies, indirect or consequential damages, loss of recordings, illness or injury at events, or technical issues. Liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the session.

17. Full Disclaimer

Bella’s services, including mediumship, psychic readings, intuitive guidance, energy healing, Spirit Circles, classes, workshops, and online or in-person sessions, are intended for personal insight, healing, emotional support, and spiritual exploration. They are provided for entertainment and personal insight purposes and do not replace medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice.

Bella does not diagnose, treat, or predict illness, pregnancy, death, legal matters, timelines, or financial outcomes. All readings and guidance are subject to personal interpretation and are not guaranteed. You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes following any session, and should seek qualified professional help for matters outside Bella’s scope.

18. Website Terms & Online Use Policies

18.1 Accuracy of Information The Website may at times contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to service descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time without prior notice, including after a booking has been submitted.

18.2 Links to Other Websites The Website may link to third-party websites or resources. This does not imply endorsement or affiliation. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services of any linked third-party website. You access external websites at your own risk.

18.3 Prohibited Uses You agree not to use the Website or its content for any unlawful purpose, to violate any law or regulation, to infringe intellectual property rights, to harass or defame, to submit false information, to transmit viruses or malicious code, to collect others’ personal information, for spam or phishing, or to interfere with Website security. We reserve the right to terminate access for violating these terms.

18.4 Intellectual Property All Website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, class materials, course content, and session descriptions, is the intellectual property of Bella Silva Cacilhas unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied or redistributed without written permission.

18.5 Online Purchases & Security By purchasing through the Website, you agree to provide accurate billing and account information. We reserve the right to cancel orders if fraud, misuse, or inaccuracy is suspected. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account.

19. Right to Refuse Service

Bella reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at her sole discretion, including where a client is intoxicated, verbally abusive or disruptive, emotionally unsafe for a reading, or has violated any boundary set out in these Terms. No refund will be issued in such cases.

20. Changes to Terms

Bella may update these policies at any time. Continued use of the Website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

21. Agreement to Terms

Before completing any booking, clients must review the Appointment Policies & Disclaimer and confirm by clicking to acknowledge they have read and agree to these Terms. No booking will be processed without this confirmation.

Booking and payment confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies and disclaimers in full, including that you are at least 18 years of age (or attending with a parent or guardian), that services are for entertainment and personal insight purposes only, and that you accept full responsibility for your own decisions following any session.
